A Flight Object Management role that has the following responsibilities: - Creation of the WIFO to query a WIC regarding FO changes. - Publishing of the WIFO to a unique contributor (WIC). - Collects and updates the value of the changed Topics of WIFO, being responsible for the consistency of the WIFO. - Provide the agreements regarding the WIFO to the manager of the real Flight Object. The agent in this role is typically a participant (transferring or receiving ATSU) in a coordination process.
